How to use this sim
Watch the app drive the maneuver the correct way — with the right order and timing. Follow the narration and the checklist as each step is done for you. Hit Restart to watch it again anytime.
💡 Pro tip
Before any U-turn ask three things: am I at a legal spot (intersection or proper opening — never mid-block in a business district, never at a fire station)? Can I see 200 feet both ways? Is oncoming traffic clear? Any 'no' means keep driving to the next block.
Common mistakes to avoid
- U-turning mid-block in a business district — it's only legal at intersections and proper openings.
- Turning near a curve or crest where oncoming drivers can't see you within 200 feet.
- Assuming a green light means yes — a posted NO U-TURN sign overrides the signal.
