7-day money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase, as long as you have not yet requested your DL 400C certificate. Because the certificate is a physical document we mail at cost, requesting it completes the core service and ends refund eligibility.

How to request a refund

Email help@ondeckdriving.com from the address on your account within the 7-day window. Include your name so we can locate your purchase. We process approved refunds to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

Crypto payments

For purchases made with cryptocurrency, approved refunds are issued in fiat (USD) equivalent to the amount paid at purchase, or in crypto where practical. Network fees and exchange-rate changes are not refundable.

Exceptions

• Requests made after 7 days, or after a certificate request, are not eligible.
• We may decline refunds where we detect abuse (e.g., completing and certifying the course, then requesting a refund).

This policy is in addition to any rights you have under California consumer law.
